  • How does Ulupa work?

    We help you find vetted home chefs cooking dishes to order. Pick a chef and a menu you like, then order home-cooked food for lunch or dinner. You can leave a note with your order or chat with the chef so the meal is prepared exactly to your taste — and track the order status right on the site.

  • How does Ulupa look after the quality of dishes?

    Only chefs who have passed our checks cook on Ulupa: we review their ID and kitchen photos, and check every dish before it goes live. For chefs selling in large volumes, we also check their health certificate. To keep the bar high, we continuously collect and review feedback from customers who have already ordered through the platform.

  • How much does delivery cost?

    Delivery cost depends on the distance between the chef and the customer. The exact price per portion is calculated automatically at checkout.

  • Can I customise a dish to my preferences?

    Of course — most chefs are happy to cook to your preferences and adjust the ingredients on request. Before placing the order, let the chef know which ingredients you'd like to remove or swap, and add a note to the order with your preferences.

  • How do I request a refund if there's a problem with my order?

    If something goes wrong with delivery or you're not happy with the quality of the home-cooked dishes, contact our support team via the site. We review requests quickly and issue refunds without unnecessary friction — we tend to lean towards the customer when resolving disputes.

  • How do I become a chef on ulupa.ge?

    If cooking at home is your calling, sign up and fill out the application: upload your ID and photos of your kitchen. We'll review your application, and a manager will call you back to explain the next steps.
